To ensure only authentic high-quality items are sold at Luxehouze, we implement strict and meticulous terms and conditions for you to be approved as a seller. We select only trusted parties with proven credibility to join our group of sellers. As a part of the assessment process, our team will give you a brief call and conduct a survey before we approve your registration.
The selling price for each item will be based on an agreement between the seller and Luxehouze. The seller proposes a price to Luxehouze. Luxehouze will then determine the price based on the condition of the item and the market at the time of selling.
We accept both New and Used watches brands. Items must meet our condition standards
For Watches:
If your item is worth more than IDR 50 mio, the commission fee we charge is 2% of the selling price.
If your item is worth less than IDR 50 mio, the commission fee we charge is 5% of the selling price with minimum fee of 2 mio.
For Hermes:
If your item is an Hermès Birkin or Kelly and worth more than IDR 50 mio, we charge 3% of the selling price.
If your item is other Hermès models, we charge 5% of the selling price.
We accept both Brand New/Unworn and Used/Pre-owned luxury items from certain brands that are listed at our marketplace. To get listed, each item must meet our standards and be in certain conditions.

After that, we continue with a completeness check to ensure all the accompanying items and documents are included.

We suggest you take the photos with a white background and from several angles that clearly show the details of the item. You also need to ensure that you submit only high-resolution photos because, at Luxehouze, products with high-quality photos are proven to sell faster.
We have certain guidelines you need to follow. First, you need to submit clear photos and a product description of the item you’re selling. Second, any issues with the item, including scratches, flaws, and damages, must be photographed and stated clearly in the product description. Third, the item you’re selling must be in your possession, and it must be one that you intend to sell and ship. If you fail to meet any of these requirements, we will have to reject your listing request.
To make sure only secure transactions occur, we reject items that show any indication of not being 100% authentic and don’t meet our standard guidelines.
Yes. Our team will inform you if a buyer has made a confirmation that they will purchase your item. We will then proceed to the administrative matters.
If you’re our premium seller, you don’t need to do anything. We will get the item ready and ship it to the buyer. However, if you’re a regular seller, you need to send your item to Luxehouze flagship store for appraisal within two days after the order is confirmed. If you fail to send the item within the time given, the order will be canceled, and your seller account will be suspended for one month.
