The Patek Philippe Nautilus 7118/1300R-001 is crafted in a 35.2 mm case size in rose gold with an octagonal bezel adorned with 68 baguette-cut spessartites in a gradient from cognac to champagne hues.
Features a rose-gilt dial with an intricate "waves" motif, accentuated by ogival-shaped cognac-colored spessartite hour markers. The dial ensures excellent legibility with its undulating pattern typical of Nautilus ladies’ watches.
The self-winding mechanical movement is powered by the Caliber 324 S C, offering a 45-hour power reserve. It is secured to the wrist by a rose gold bracelet with a patented fold-over clasp. Water-resistant up to 30 meters.
